DAILY ACTIVITIES

The daily activities in the Health Centre mainly focus on the collective attention on the progress of ones spiritual growth. As such, a yogi visiting this Centre undergoes a hectic schedule of his /her own cleansing of their subtle system and gaining knowledge of their own vibrations.

One gets ample opportunity to know their own condition and come to terms with the condition of one's subtle body. Early morning individual meditation, sitting on Mother Earth, helps let the Earth element absorb the excess imbalances from the subtle system. The doctors attend to each patient personally twice a day as they prescribe the required cleansing that brings balance in the subtle system of the patient during their stay. The relationship of the patients with the attending Doctor on a one-to-one basis instills confidence in the patient to confide in their doctor regarding the subtle imbalance that they are encountering. In turn the attending doctor ensures the confidentiality and attends to the patient personally with advice regarding Sahaja Yoga cleansing techniques and recommendations to properly channelise the cleansing mechanism through vibratory awareness developed in the patient. The essence of Sahaja Yoga cleansing is to get the Ida and Pingala Nadis to balance, so that one always is focused on the central channel or the Sushumna Nadi. In the process a mature Sahaja Yogi practitioner can feel the sensation of the channels and chakras in the subtle system and advise accordingly with subtle knowledge of Sahaja Yoga as to what needs to be attended to on the level of vibrations and also can decode the enigmatic combinations of the imbalances that exist within him.

The techniques used in the Health Centre are practiced as advocated by H.H. Shri Mataji. What really counts in this Health Centre is that Our Holy Mother Shri Mataji has Her Divine Attention here and it is evident that She effects all cures. It must be appreciated that one is able to know himself to realize the power of God that has created us. Once you are here, you are devoted, for there is nothing else to distract your attention.

Mother says, Prayer is the greatest weapon of a Sahaja Yogi. The Health Centre is a very good place to learn devotion, surrender, and pray effectively and above all to love and be loved as one seeks Truth in God.
